How do / speech bubble cloud in photoshop?
I want to make a speech balloon to put a round object, shaped like a cloud, if that makes sense. I can not find a way to do it though + I really do not want to download any brushes. Anyone have any ideas? Be detailed, please [:
You can load up custom shapes. I do not know if the bubbles are preloaded, but there are custom shapes that come with photoshop. There is a discourse few and, although the bubbles that you can use by default.
