What should I do at my school speech high level?

I need an idea for something to do for the individual districts speech. I've been thinking in After Dinner Speaking to make a speech, but to whom I should be talking about? In recent years I have poetry and storytelling and now I'm ready for something different. He needs to be humorous, too. Can anyone point me to a site or other suitable material?

Prose can be funny, depending on the material you choose for him. I would pick something that has at least three characters that has to play the part. If you can find a partner, Duo is always a save bet. Something like the game, "Glass Elevator" is very good.
