Procrastination is good … Can anyone support me? give me your sources?

For a persuasive speech I'm doing for a class of communication decided to talk about the positive side of procrastination. I'm not taking this very seriously (its just a 3min speech), but I was trying to find some sources (articles, magazines) that supported this and gave the upsides to procrastination. Can anyone help me? I read articles about being messy is not always bad, so I know there must be things about it out there.
