Why is speech recognition software working on the answers from Yahoo, but Yahoo email?

Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 10 works great the responses from Yahoo and used to work on Yahoo mail classic fine until they added chat in Yahoo Mail. This is a very popular speech recognition software does not works in the classical or Yahoo Mail Beta. How so? Yahoo will ever fix it? It can be very important for people with disabilities to fully participate in Yahoo Mail.

I have Yahoo email personally about it. As a quadriplegic using Yahoo Mail, I'm really forced to change my e-mail where Dragon NaturallySpeaking will not work.
