Which of these exceptions to the constitutional freedom of expression is more important?

Why do you say that? Some of those really important than others? Here is a basic list: Libel (offensive and false speech about a person or group) obscenity (by community standards, not the individual) Invasion of Privacy (which public officials and celebrities are partially exempt) Copyright Infringement incitement to break the law (inspired or encourage illegal behavior) Fighting Words (speech likely to provoke a fight; words so that a reasonable person would react with violence) Clear and Present Danger / Free Speech threat of illegal products Disruptive Speech to school activities (such as a student to propose a walk-out in a class unpopular) Choose the most important and do a case for himself. I'm interested in seeing the answers.

"Obscenity (by EU standards, not the individual)" I consider myself conservative. However, that set the standards of the community? Today it seems that EU standards are defined by religion, but I doubt that they represent the majority of Americans. Take the FCC as an example. The FCC is inplace to ensure that "community standards" are upheld in our public roads. But I do not need a function government to tell me what is wrong to be heard or seen on TV and radio. I have the greatest power to make that decision myself, turning off the TV or radio. For me, the FCC has become a "nanny state" function of government, taking control of programming options at the federal level, rather than the user level.
