Text To Speech

speech bubbles and such for a graphic novel?

Sorry for the lack of detail on this issue .. But I plan to write a graphic novel, and I have idea of how I'm going to add in all the speech bubbles / text and thought and everything .. I could do it by hand, but it would take much longer. Not me care to do everything by hand .. But can not look good, either. I do not own Photoshop, or any good art Wacom Intuos or anything cool .. I am doing more than anything at hand, and me. Is there any place / program I can download / go free, that has a good variety of speech bubbles / thought and such? Have a suggestion? Thanks!
