There are recommendations for a program of text-to-speech good / software?

I tried out the following … http://vozme.com/index.php?lang=en Did not really like it at all. http://say.expressivo.com/ only the female voice seems pretty decent. http://www.cepstral.com/ seemed somewhat limited http://www.spokentext.net/ Lots of options, but the voice quality is not good. ttsweb http://www.research.att.com/ ~ / tts / demo.php This is what I ended up using as there are several voice types. It works well, but the inflection and pronunciation can vary greatly. I know it's not perfect out there, but there is a better alternative than would be recommended over these sites / programs? Oh, I do not have Vista, unfortunately. XP Just the ol 'Windows.

I would recommend YAKiToMe free! http://www.yakitome.com site. It gives you the same great voices that the site has research.att but gives you more control over how the sounds that AT & T local and there is no limit to the length of the text input, so you can convert a whole book to download for your iPod. She also has a lot of legal resources to deliver all text files, RSS feeds, sharing and podcasting. Check it out.
