What are some really good free Text-to-speech natural voices?

I know this sounds a bit stupid, and you have every right to laugh, but I I'm doing an animated movie and I can not find an actor to play a character 16 years old female. I have a text to speech programs installed on my computer, I would be able to download the voices really natural for free anywhere? Another option would be to use the software to change my voice, I suppose. Any ideas?

Check YAKiToMe! http://www.yakitome.com. He has a lot of high-quality AT & T Natural Voices that you can use for free. I know a lot of people doing short animation that uses YAKiToMe! to the dialogue.
