English homework help plz?

Right, so I have to give a speech in English for homework, it's about my culture and tradition, its more for talking about assessing quality isn't so happy im really very important in England. Im having trouble thinking in general, ideas to put down so you can help me think, a good way to start and some of the points that sort of thing to put.
