I'm doing a persuasive speech on college text messages while driving, and I have a quick question?

My main reasons are that text messaging while driving causes accidents, causing traffic jams and tailgating, and is a distraction not only for the driver but for other drivers too. And I was wondering what kind of organizational pattern that would be? It would be a problem-solving, problem-solving question, refutative, cause-effect or pattern motivated sequence organizational?
