Can anyone put these sentences in other words?
In an article written about the impact of the Internet in the English language, I found three phrases such meanings are unclear to me. I really appreciate your help! The proportion of each phrase in quotes is the ONLY phrase I like to know the meaning 1 .. The Internet "offers a new way of writing the presence of the public to" individuals and small community groups, promoting their personal identity and location. 2. For a small community of talks, the Internet therefore offers a lifeline language, which makes it possible for distant members to keep in contact with one another through email and chat-rooms, and through the sites "give your tongue a global presence" would have been impossible to achieve using traditional media, such as radio or press. 3. And internationally, the "New England" in the world now have "written an electronic identity. Thank you.
A – Internet offers ways of communication for people across the word, so it can communicate with people who speak other languages, and be part of their lives. 2 – Internet provides ways for people around the world communicate, maintain contact with each other, make their language and remain relevant in the lives of others, for example, if we were broadcasting would not be able to be friends with someone who lives far away in another world. 3 – now people who doens't speak English side as their native language, now can practice through the Internet, taking the opportunity to talk with people who could never, no Internet.
